RATES:
- Price: 220,00 € p. day
- Final cleaning costs 250,-€
- 50% deposit upon booking
- A damage-deposit of 300,- € must be paid upon arrival
- Minimun stay is 5 nights
- Max. booking 10 People
- Cancellations will be credited at a maximum of 80% up to 6 weeks before the planned arrival, after which no refund can be made.
- WiFi is free throughout the house
- Free Privat Parking
- Heating and energy costs will be charged additionally in case consumption is excessive, e.g. when charging e-bikes, cars, etc.
