Price: 220,00 € p. day
Final cleaning costs 250,-€
50% deposit upon booking
A damage-deposit of 300,- € must be paid upon arrival
Minimun stay is 5 nights
Max. booking 10 People
Cancellations will be credited at a maximum of 80% up to 6 weeks before the planned arrival, after which no refund can be made.
WiFi is free throughout the house
Free Privat Parking
Heating and energy costs will be charged additionally in case consumption is excessive, e.g. when charging e-bikes, cars, etc.
