….. is a friendly, cosy and quiet place to stay. We have been pleased to welcome our guests since 1990. Many of them have been with us since the beginning. Over the years we have repeatedly given the house and its rooms a fresh shine. The style of our house, with the 5 en´ suit rooms, is a mix of modern and country. And the style of our language is English and German.
Our Holiday-Home is located in Oughterard, only 27 km from Galway. It is on the shore of Lough-Corrib, the biggest lake in Irland. This place is not only considered the trout angler’s dream. It’s also the ideal place to stay for touring the west of Ireland or to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature scenery.
After a few minutes walk you reach the town center of Oughterard, where you will find almost everything you need. From delicatesses offerings like the ´Mc Geough´s Butcher Connemara Fine Foods´ , to a nice Bakery, two supermarkets and lots more.
You certainly also find a range of nice, good & cosy pups & restaurants, – some of them with (irish) live music.
